Are sex changes paid for under public health care?

If someone has a brain tumour and they're on public healthcare, they'll get fixed.

But what about sex changes? Its a medical issue/problem? I don't see why they don't pay for sex changes too?

Or do they pay for them too? Ive never properly looked into the topic, Im rather happy the way I am, I dont want a vagina. Im just curious.

It's REPRODUCTIVE HEALTH - just like ABORTIONS are.
